How does the custom tour process work?
First, you provide us with some basic information about your group such as: desired destinations; group interests; travel dates; etc. You can do this by filling out the "Tour Planner" or by contacting Frank Preble directly with this information. He will then create sample itineraries for you to review and modify as desired. Once an itinerary is developed, all the necessary arrangements will be made, and a tour price will be established.
Is there a fee to develop a custom tour?
Yes. A non-refundable development fee of $500 is payable before the creation of any custom tour itinerary.
What is included in the tour price?
That is totally up to your group. For example, we can structure an all-inclusive tour price that includes everything from lodging to admission tickets. Or, the tour price might only include the cost of transportation, and your group can pay for other expenses individually as they go.
How far in advance do we have to schedule our trip?
We will try to accommodate any timeline. However, the more notice we are given, the more options you'll have to choose from.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to the "Cancellation" section of our "Terms & Conditions".
What if we decide we want to change our itinerary?
Altering the itinerary is never a problem. We are completely flexible and more than happy to add an extra stop or arrange for a longer stay at a particular destination. However, please keep in mind that if services or tickets were pre-purchased and you decide not to utilize them, a refund may not be possible.

Where do the tours depart from?
We can arrange to depart from any airport or from any other location within our region of travel.
What can we expect from our guide?
Tour Tailor Frank Preble is an expert in the local area and a great travel resource. He is also highly focused on delivering quality customer service. Whatever it takes to please your group, Frank will deliver it.
Frank will be as involved with your group as you want him to be, whether it involves simply getting you from point A to point B or providing a fully guided tour throughout the duration of your adventure.
Will our tour be opened up to individuals outside our group?
Absolutely not. We work only with small established groups because we believe the best travel experiences are shared with people you know and enjoy.
What is the minimum and maximum tour group size?
We will host a minimum of six people and a maximum of 14.
How will we get around?
You'll travel in luxury and comfort in our 14-seat mini coach. The climate-controlled cabin features large tinted touring windows, individual reading lamps, high-back reclining seats, overhead storage racks and a separate luggage compartment.
