Every region we travel has a unique local cuisine and, not coincidentally, many of these areas also produce exceptional wines. Our groups have access to top chef-owned restaurants and can go behind the scenes with local food and beverage producers.
Some of the best foods are often found off the beaten path, and we've uncovered some great finds at roadside restaurants, general stores, and small family-owned bistros. We love to share these hidden gems with our guests.
We also enjoy visiting vineyards, micro-breweries, confectioners, cheese makers, distilleries, organic farms, flavorful food festivals, and food artisans of every description.
Then there are the locally-made food products that have developed a national following. In Vermont, for example, you can tour the Ben & Jerry's factory and savor free ice cream samples. We can also set you up with a V.I.P. tour of the distillery that creates Cold River Vodka, the unofficial "spirit of Maine."
